First Lady Nicola L. Vincent

As the co-founder and Executive administrator of Greater Compassion Ministries,  she is an anointed speaker, author, motivator and an encourager of the people.  As a dedicated wife, mother, teacher of the word, and Godly example among women, she brings spiritual balance and equilibrium to the general ministry.  Lady Vincent carries a gift of discernment of which she operates in a prophetic anointing, proclaiming boldly what "thus says the Lord". She continues to have great influence on the lives of all of those she touches. She is an advocate for teaching people how to love themselves and how to truly show love and compassion towards others. An educator by profession, she has earned a B.S. in Education from Oral Roberts University, a post-graduate certificate in Biblical Studies from Harvest Time Bible College,  as well as a Master's in Education, Administration and Leadership (M.S.E.)from Arkansas State University. 

She is a native of Omaha, Nebraska, reared in San Diego California, later relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and now residing in Nashville TN with her husband of more than 20 years. As the First lady of Greater Compassion Ministries, she shares a significant role in the leadership responsibilities, training and development, and overall function of the ministry.
